Use Yoga Moves To Stimulate Hair Growth!

Believe it or believe it not but there have been numerous documented case studies of everyday people taking up Yoga practise and have found to their surprise that it stimulated hair growth in them. I am sure that you mat have found this opening statement amusing, but amusement aside, it is all down to the stimulation of the blood supply to the scalp.
