Back Pain and Chakras - Part 2

Are there not sounds, words, caresses, and memories that get you in that mood? The sex chakra yoga asana does exactly that.

Chakras are the body?s energy centers. There are seven major chakras, located along the spine, and each chakra is essential to the health of specific organs, emotions, and psychological areas of your life. If a chakra is blocked or unbalanced, a person may experience physical or psychological symptoms leading to back pain and other imbalances.

The other physical manifestations of a weak second chakra include weak relationships. Do you find that no one invites you to their home for dinner? Do you find that no one remembers to invite you to birthdays or other parties? If you are a woman, most women have stronger second chakras than men (they must as this energy is used to create a new human body), so your questions must be lifted. As a woman, do you find that no one asks you for counsel? Do you find that no one respects your opinion?

Do you have a hard time getting people to see your perspective and agree with you? These are some signs of a weak sex chakra.

Yoga Postures are safer way to lose weight, lose back pain and get flatter a stomach than other forms of fitness exercises. Yoga Asanas are injury proof and better for tighter abs & burning fat. Even diabetic patient can benefit from the Yoga poses.

Here is the good news. All Yoga poses effect the health of the three bodies, some more than others. Agreement as to which Yoga postures are the most effective is disputed among teachers. For example, someone who is tense and anxious always seems to feel better with standing postures which move the energy of the third Chakra or "gut" level responses.

We use yoga to balance each of the energy centres. Yoga postures for the first chakra will bring you health, prosperity, and security. In the second chakra postures you will ignite your passions, get in touch with your emotions and enhance sexual enjoyment.

Yoga postures for the third chakra will bring you energy and power. Using yoga postures for the fourth chakra you will cultivate love, compassion, and have a deep sense of peace and centeredness.

Fifth chakra postures will help you improve your ability to communicate, speak your truth, and cultivate creative expression.

Opening the sixth and seventh chakras through breath practice and meditation helps to improve your vision and spiritual connection. Bonus: Mudras and affirmations for each chakra are included and can be practiced separately or as part of the whole.
