Besides increasing the physical and psychological performances, this method of psychomotor rehabilitation brings a durable relief to back pain and to the numerous illness bound related to the posture.
Its first objective is to change the stereotyped habits. Its addresses those who suffer from stress and from chronic pain, but also to the pregnant women who feel motor difficulties.
You will be exposed to the core principles of yoga teaching. It will help you improve your lung capacity, deepen your connection with gravity, and lengthen your spine. You will learn to harness gravity as a positive contributor to functional movement. You will open the breathing apparatus and give the nervous system and adrenal glands that contribute to stress and the fight or flight response a break and access the parasympathetic nervous system, so that important tasks such as digestion and improved immune function can take place.
With back pain by lengthening the spine you will improve your posture and alignment throughout the body for greater ease and less muscular tension.
With inverted postures to turn your world upside down takes a heart full of courage and a body infused with intelligence. Develop confidence and strength for safe practice of inverted postures. Appropriate also for the new or hesitant, but playful & curious student as preparatory postures will be offered. Each student receives guidance and alignment refinement.
A good inverted posture for back pain is the plough and can be done easily even with a chair to help if you are unable to bring your feet to the floor.
Yogic science recognizes that spiritual health is activated by a system of chakras or nerve centres, said to be located within the spinal column. Cosmic energy lies coiled within these chakras and has to be awakened for self realization. Chakras transform cosmic energy into spiritual energy. Kundalini is the divine, cosmic energy which exists as a latent force in everyone.
When the prakriti shakti or the energy of nature is awakened, it gravitates toward the very core of the soul or purusha shakti. Yogic science recognized this connection from the very beginning.
For the first time, this unique system showcases the integrative practice of life force Yoga. You will be able to practice your yoga through comprehensive breathing techniques, toning, and postures to awaken physical energy and calm the busy mind. Yoga Postures and Yoga Asanas have many multiple benefits. Yoga fitness exercises are beneficial for body & Yoga Breathing exercises are beneficial for fighting stress and peace of mind.
